Terms & Conditions of Mull Chalet Rental

The rental period is normally from Saturday to Saturday but shorter stays or different days may be possible - please contact the owners.

Arrival can be at any time after 2 p.m.

Please vacate the chalet by 10 a.m. on the day your holiday finishes to give time for getting it ready for our next guests.

Please leave the chalet in a clean and tidy condition - you will be liable for any extra cleaning costs at the rate of £40 per hour.

Deposit - we require a deposit of £100 to secure the booking.

Please pay the balance at least six weeks before your stay is due to start.

Full arrival instructions will be sent out on receipt of payment.

Cancellation - please note that if you have to cancel, the deposit will be forfeit unless another booking can be arranged. If you have already paid in full, we can only refund payment if we are able to re-let the chalet for the period you have reserved.

Bedding is included but please bring towels.

Electricity is included in the rental price.

Smoking is not allowed in the chalet - candles or naked flames are also not allowed (dangerous in a wooden building !).

Please keep dogs under control - there is a farm next door, so please keep any dogs on the lead when outside the chalet area. There is a dog exercise field beside the chalets.

Please be considerate of people in the other chalets - this is a small quiet site, so please keep noise down after 10 p.m. The owners reserve the right to decline a booking and/or terminate a rental for improper use or unacceptable behaviour.

The owners will not be liable for any accidents, including loss or damage to guests' property.

When a booking has been accepted, please print-off and sign this form and send with your deposit - thank you.
